It's been a year since we booked...

...and the bags are finally packed and waiting on the bedroom floor, the travel documents have been checked and re-checked, plants watered to within an inch of their lives, and everything in the fridge that could turn into a science experiment has been used or thrown out. But wait, it's only Tuesday, and there are still three more big sleeps to go before we head to Tullamarine for our flights to Singapore and then on to Paris. Waiting, waiting, waiting.
